Honey's Birthday Party!

We had a neighborhood birthday bash for Honey (I can't believe she's 3 already!), and two other neighborhood kids that all turned 3 within months of each other, last Saturday. At a park in Solvang, Sunnyfields, we had a B-B-Q and cup cakes and presents for the three little three year olds. Wow, what fun they had. Honey's actual birthday isn't until the 26th of May but we celebrated a bit early to accommodate the other friends who turned 3 in March and in April. Summer fun

I just thought it would be fun to post some pics of Honey sharing her ice cream with Cheezy. It's just so typical to see a child share with her pet, a perfect summer treat...wouldn't you say? Yummy!
This went back and forth until the ice cream was gone.

Honey turns Two!

I can't believe she's two already, where did my baby go?!
My little girl hits the toddler stage with all motors running. She's a fiesty little thing that I won't have to worry about with the boys, she'll have 'em all running... thats for sure!

She knew exactly what to do with thoes candles. Who's stealing my frosting?

Easter Dress

I have searched high and low for an Easter dress for Honey and have come to the conclusion that what I am looking for doesn't exist in my price range. So I decided to try and make her one. I think it turned out pretty good for only giving it about half an hour of which I had to fight the little ones for. However lovely it looks my sweet little girl says (after begging her to try it on for a fitting) "I no like pretty dress"! She loaths the very sight of it and pulls and tuggs at it to get it off of her. Yes...so to say the least either I will have to find another dress or you just might see a red faced, teary eyed, screaming little girl for this years Easter pictures.
